Privacy Policy

Effective date: 19 October 2026. Realspace Group ("we", "us") publishes this policy to explain what information we access and how we handle it when we use the automation tools we use to publish our social media content, and when you use our website, realspacegroup.in.

What our publishing app does

Our publishing app (shown on Facebook as Realspace Group Publisher) is a private tool used only by Realspace Group staff. It schedules and publishes posts that we write to the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts that Realspace Group owns or administers. It is not offered to the public and does not ask members of the public to log in with Facebook or Instagram.

Information we access through Meta

When a Realspace Group administrator connects one of our pages, Meta gives the tool:

• the name, ID and profile picture of the Facebook Page or Instagram account;
• the name and Facebook user ID of the Realspace Group administrator who connects the page;
• an access token that lets the tool publish to that page for the administrator;
• publishing and performance information for our own posts, such as reach and engagement.

We use this access only to publish and review our own content. We do not collect personal information about people who follow or message our pages, and we do not read private messages. We may read and reply to comments on our own pages; these comments and the commenters' public names are already visible on our own posts.

Website contact form

Our website has a contact form that asks for your first name, last name, email address, phone number and message. We use these details to reply to your enquiry about our properties. We may store them in our customer relationship management (CRM) system and contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about your enquiry. By submitting the form, you agree that Realspace Group may contact you about your enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp. You can withdraw this at any time by emailing us or replying STOP on WhatsApp, and we will stop.

How we use and share information

We use information to publish and schedule our posts, keep the connection to our pages working, review how our posts perform, and answer enquiries. We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own use. The service providers that process information on our behalf to run our business are the exception: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), our website hosting provider, our website analytics provider (Google), our CRM system, our cloud file storage (Google Drive), our cloud storage for post images (Cloudflare) and our messaging providers, including WhatsApp. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Our website uses Google Analytics to measure visits. This tool may collect device and usage information and may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Storage and security

Access tokens, post text, analytics numbers and connection details for our publishing app are stored on a password-protected, disk-encrypted computer controlled by Realspace Group. Images we attach to posts are uploaded to Realspace Group's own account with our cloud storage provider (Cloudflare), so that Facebook and Instagram can fetch them when we publish. Anyone with the link can view an image while it is in that storage, as with any image we post publicly. Each month, we move the previous month's posts and images to Realspace Group's Google Drive account, where archived posts and images are kept for our records, and we regularly remove older images from cloud storage. Registration for the tool is switched off, so only accounts created by us can sign in. We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. We remove a page from the tool when we stop using it.

Your choices and contact

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email realspacegroups@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, contact our Grievance Officer. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India. A Page administrator can remove our app at any time in the Business Integrations (Apps and Websites) settings of their Facebook account. To report a security problem with our website or app, email realspacegroups@gmail.com with the subject "Security". Our website and app are not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
