Data Deletion Instructions
Our publishing app holds only the information listed in our Privacy Policy. If you have not connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to our app, the app holds no information about you. To delete details you sent through our website contact form, use route 1 below. To have information about you deleted, use either route below.
- Email us. Write to realspacegroups@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include your name, the Facebook or Instagram account involved, and what you want deleted. We may ask you to confirm that you control the account or email before we delete anything.
- We act within 30 days. We will confirm that we received your request and tell you when the deletion is done. On request, we will remove that page from our tool and delete the data we hold about you, including any personal information in archived copies in our Google Drive. Posts we have already published on Facebook or Instagram stay there until the Page admin deletes them. We may keep a record of your request and anything the law requires us to keep.
- Or remove the app yourself. In Facebook, open the Business Integrations (Apps and Websites) settings, find Realspace Group Publisher and remove it. This stops the app's access. Email us afterwards if you also want stored information deleted.
Realspace Group staff can also remove a connected page from the tool.
